Welcome to Eaton Strong. By participating in our fundraising events, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your participation and contributions. Please read them carefully.

2. Participation
Participants must register for events, like the golf outing, and adhere to the schedule and rules set forth by the event organizers. Participation in raffles, auctions, and any contests is voluntary and governed by the specific rules of each activity.

3. Contributions
Contributions through financial donations or donations of items for auction are voluntary. Receipts for monetary donations can be provided upon request but do not represent tax advice. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contributions.

4. Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all events. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Event registration fees are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Events may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, with notifications provided as soon as possible.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to participation in Eaton Strong events will be resolved through mediation or, as a last resort, arbitration.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be amended from time to time, with notice provided to all registered participants.
